This is a decision log, not a roadmap. A roadmap is a list of things nobody has committed to with dates nobody agreed. A decision log is a list of things that were actually decided, when, and what was given up to decide them.
Four things live here, and two of them are mostly empty on purpose.
The evalset decision
Evalset grades with deterministic graders and not with a model acting as judge. That decision is made and recorded. The reasoning behind it is not written down yet, and I am not going to reconstruct it from memory.
The toolchain premortem
Not written yet. The premortem app that is supposed to produce it is built but not live, and the exercise is worth nothing run from memory after the fact.
Metrics
The definitions are written. The numbers are not, because there are none I can source.
